SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lavineyard Farms LLC currently ships only to locations where hemp-derived CBD products are permitted by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations regarding CBD products in their shipping destination before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that may violate local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lavineyard Farms LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, slight cosmetic variations may occur between batches and products.

Lavineyard Farms LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, excessive heat exposure, freezing temperatures, sunlight exposure, mishandling after delivery, or incorrect use of products.

Certain products, including candles, oils, butters, balms, and other natural formulations, may soften, melt, separate, harden, or change texture during shipping or weather fluctuations. This does not necessarily affect product quality or usability.

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages promptly upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if an order arrives damaged due to carrier handling.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, confiscated, rejected, returned, or destroyed due to customs, local laws, or regulatory enforcement actions.
